To earn your fantastic When In Doubt Run It Out Medal and Limited Edition Snood, complete a 5k and submit your proof to us between September 1st and 30th. Once we have verified your proof, your Medal and Buff will arrive in the post.

10% of all profits go to One Running Movement to fund places for children age 4-16 to take part in a cumulative Half or Full Marathon.
