To earn your fantastic “When In Doubt Run It Out” 5K medal, limited edition Run Mummy Run Snood and ASICS Pouch Phone Case all you have to do is complete a 5K in one run and submit your evidence to us between September 1st and 30th. Once we have verified your evidence, your medal and rewards will arrive in the post.

The Arm Pouch Phone Case from ASICS is a functional accessory to keep connected to your phone whilst running. This case also features a reflective ASICS logo, an adjustable strap closure, as well as a convenient key pocket. Reflective ASICS logo for improved visibility in low-light settings.
